When submitting your photographs to the gallery please give as much information about each picture as you can including when possible - where and when the picture was taken, the weather conditions and time of day, the camera, lens and filter (if any) used and the shutter and aperture settings.

- All photographs submitted to the digital photo gallery remain the copyright of the photographer and may not be copied, reproduced, printed or distributed in any form without the prior express written consent of the photographer. To protect photographers who submit their work to the gallery the site will prevent normal copying but if you manage to beat this protection and download any image you will be in breach of copyright and possibly liable to prosecution - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
- By submitting pictures to the digital photo gallery you are confirming that you are the photographer with copyright ownership and that if this condition is breached you accept full liability for any copyright infringement.
- By submitting pictures to the digital photo gallery you are granting PhotographicHints.com permission to display the picture anywhere (on this website only) without limit on the length of time or number of appearances.
- Your picture may only be used by PhotographicHints.com outside the digital photo gallery as an example of technique or equipment and we will always credit you as the copyright owner.
- PhotographicHints.com have the sole right to decide whether to and how long to display any picture and will decline to show pictures considered to be inappropriate. The decision of PhotographicHints.com will be final and not open to challenge.
